
In the event you should have a claim to report, please notify your agent at once. Your agent, in turn, will notify our office.If your agent is unavailable, you may contact our Claims Office. There are two ways in which you can report your claims:
1. You can report the loss information over the phone.

2. You can complete a Claims or Loss Report Form (provided by your agent) and fax the information to our

Once a claim has been received, you will be given a claim or reference number. Using the claim number will help expedite the handling of the rest of your claim. Please include the claim number with all future correspondence
In order to process claims quickly and for the least cost, it is extremely important that all claims be reported immediately. Failure to report a claim as soon as is practicable can increase costs and in some instances can jeopardize possible coverage. While it is important to gather as much information as possible, report the claim immediately to your agent and provide the information that is available. Follow-up will be done as necessary.
