From the Publisher :
Claims of sexual harassment and racial discrimination against US corporations are mounting
at a rapid pace. Companies are scrambling to shore up defenses against such suits by
purchasing specialized forms of insurance. But in the rush, many companies are not taking
the time to understand the intricacies of such insurance and may wind up paying for
coverage that is unnecessary, inadequate or worthless. The EPL Book eliminates confusion,
and helps corporate risk managers and insurance brokers understand this new and expanding
field of insurance.
