Garage and Garagekeeper Program

The program is designed for the following types of Garage Business

  • Dealers involved in the selling and servicing of new and used autos, trucks and truck tractors, RV's, Motorcycles and travel trailers.
  • Service operations engaged in repairing, towing, servicing, salvaging and valet parking of vehicles.
  • Program is available in most States

Submission Requirements

  1. Completed Colony Application (Garage Application(G1603-0308),Business Auto Application(Acord 127),and Property Section Application (Acord 140).
  2. Completed Supplemental Questionnaires, if required (Auto Auction Questionnaire (G1610-1002), RV Sales or Service Questionnaire (G1611-0504), Salvage Yards Questionnaire (G1612-0503), Valet Parking Questionnaire (G1609-0407), Heavy Vehicle Service Questionnaire (G1614-0407).
  3. Current + 3 Years hard copy loss runs. Operations with less experience or start ups will be considered. Provide documentation on operation and owners experience in the business.
  4. Details on all losses over 10,000.
  5. MVRs for all drivers.
  6. Pictures and diagrams.
  7. Young Driver Questionnaire for each driver age 21 and under. (Acord 93). If necessary.
  8. Medical Statement for each driver over age 70.(Acord 92).If necessary.

Submissions should be sent 30 days prior to the anniversary date of the policy. Incomplete submissions will not be processed. Complete submissions received with less than 30 days prior to renewal will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Garage Liability(Limits 35,000, 100,000, 300,000, 500,000 and 1,000,000. Minimum dealers deductible 1,000, minimum service deductible 750.
  • UM/UIM - Financial responsibility single limit.
  • PIP - Statutory minimum single limit.
  • Scheduled Autos - Liability
