  • Covers all Common Law Tort violations in the course of employment.
  • "Wrongful Termination" includes constructive discharge.
  • Punitive damages covered (where allowed by law) automatically, for no additional premium.
  • Includes 3rd Party Liability, subject to completion and review of supplemental application.
  • Defense Costs outside the limits can be added subject to Company approval and additional premium.

  • Vicarious liability coverage for intentional acts.
  • Coverage available for all employee types (i.e. Independent Contractors, Temporary Employees, Leased Employees, Volunteers, full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, etc.).
